February 19, 2008I confess: I have a hard time drinking water. I would rather have a diet coke! But everyone knows that water is essential to your health, and especially important while exercising. Thank goodness for Lipton Iced Tea to Go (around $3 at the grocery store)! The skinny packets are ready to pour in your water bottle for added flavor with no calories, carbs, sugar, or fat. I suggest the Honey and Lemon green tea: it’s just sweet enough and green tea is proven beneficial to your health. Cheers!

February 19, 2008As a Michigan native, I was thrilled to see that Miss Michigan won the 2008 title of Miss America. But she certainly doesn’t have a perfect life: her platform is to raise awareness about eating disorders because she suffers from anorexia.
